Ever since the establishment of BVCM, in 2005, they have been taking care of my debt collection matters.

First with a previous employer and since my transfer to Motrac Intern Transport B.V. (formerly subsidiary of Pon Nederland, now of Royal Reesink) that contact has always remained.

The nice thing about BVCM Collections is that they advocate direct contact with the debtor, calling instead of writing. In all these years and hundreds of files, I have never heard a complaint about improper treatment, so the conclusion is justified that BVCM speaks the client's language and takes its commercial interests and standards into account.

In almost all cases, BVCM Collections collects interest and its own costs in addition to the principal. All in all, one of the few agencies that does not so much enthuse about a "totally new concept," but simply implements it.
