What does Kuehne Nagel say about BVCM?
Several years ago we felt the need for a new collection partner.
After visiting several collection agencies, our preferred choice was the BVCM. From the discussions it quickly became clear that we were dealing with a well-organized collection agency that complements our collection process.
Our proactive debtor policy and in-house collection process is aimed at getting our receivables paid on time. With +/- 6000 active debtors (B2B) on an annual basis and about 12 collection cases per year where the amicable process has already been done by ourselves, we do not need a standard collection process but a precise approach per case. Because the BVCM connects us with a knowledgeable contact person who has become acquainted with us, we are able to switch quickly and take the right route to still receive the claim.
The experience to date has been very positive, with the BVCM and Kuehne + Nagel having a good partnership that leads to success!
