Our Story

BVCM provides all components within the Order to Cash process. From outsourcing to secondment, from debt collection to legal proceedings.

From the start in 2005, we have been fully committed every day to achieving the optimal result for our clients. After all, you're only as good as your last result. We have since grown into an international full service credit management specialist. We are allowed to use our services for hundreds of clients in the Netherlands and far beyond.

We continuously develop ourselves and follow the latest technological possibilities on a daily basis in order to fulfill all the credit management wishes of our clients.

Socially responsible debt collection

Effective January 1, 2019, the Dutch Association of Certified Debt Collectors (NVI) introduced an updated Code of Conduct and revised Incasso Hallmark for all NVI members. The updated regulations represent "Socially Responsible Debt Collection. NVI members are subject to the NVI Code of Conduct.

The purpose of this code of conduct is to ensure that all members conduct their debt collection activities within the standards set for this purpose. BVCM is a member of the NVI.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Good entrepreneurship contributes to the quality of our society, in which the factors of people (society) and planet (environment) contribute to making profit (profit).
